Shipping Timeline
• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Pew-orders require the time mentioned at checkout for delivery.
• Since each P.TAL piece is made by hand, some items may require additional time before shipping. In stock items will be shipped within 7 business days. Pre order items require 4-6 weeks.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
• We offer nationwide shipping via trusted courier partners.
• Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping for local addresses in Pakistan costs PKR 1000.
