1. What makes a P.TAL bag unique?
Each P.TAL piece is handcrafted in Pakistan using traditional brasswork techniques passed down through generations. No two bags are ever exactly alike.
2. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for full details.
3. How should I care for my brass bag?
Brass naturally develops a patina over time. To maintain its original shine, gently polish with the soft cloth sent with the bag. Avoid exposure to moisture and store in the provided dust bag.
4. Are your products made by hand?
Yes - every bag is handmade by skilled artisans. We believe in slowing down fashion to honour the craft, the process, and the people behind each piece.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping with an additional charge calculated at checkout.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 7 business days. Since each item is handcrafted, we appreciate your patience as we create something truly special for you. A made to order bag will take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Yes, it may. This is a natural and beautiful part of brass aging — a living metal that tells its own story. For those who prefer a polished look, it can be gently cleaned to restore shine.
